This course is designed to provide information about the mounting solutions PRC-Saltillo offers for Speech Generating Devices (SGDs). It will help you better understand the options available to your clients and the considerations when designing a mounting solution. It will also help you to understand the Mounting Selection Sheet and how to order your mount. This competency is required as part of your onboarding process. This course takes about 2.5 hours to complete when all videos are reviewed. You may find that you are more familiar with some topics and don't need to spend as much time on a certain section so it may be quicker for you to complete. You also may find that you need to spend more time with a particular topic.
The goal is not to know everything about mounting when you complete this course, but to have a better understanding of the topics and know where to get support as needed.
