Windows updates released on 9/20/2016 are causing PRC Accent™ devices running Windows 10 to display the Windows Lock Screen when waking from sleep mode. This screen is normally disabled on Accent devices as it requires a swipe, keyboard press or mouse click to continue, and many of our clients would have difficulty providing any of those inputs. Additionally, this process conflicts with NuVoice™ and will sometimes cause the device to reboot. Finally, screen auto-rotation is turned on. We are working on a patch to correct the problem, but until that time we are encouraging all users of Accent devices to take one of the following actions:
