Chip has been an independent Prentke Romich Company (PRC) representative since 1998. He earned his undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at SUNY Geneseo and his graduate degree in Speech Pathology at Indiana State University specializing in Augmentative Communication. Chip has worked clinically in the field of Augmentative Communication in both public and private sectors for over 23 years and has also been an instructor for graduate level students at several Virginia universities. Chip founded ATW in 1997 and since then it has successfully grown to a cover the mid-Atlantic and Tennessee, providing direct support for PRC and Saltillo products. For the past ten years, Chip has served as PRC's consulting project manager for eye gaze products responsible for bringing both the EcoPoint and NuEye to market, the development and provision of staff training and ongoing customer support. He continues to develop new products and approaches for working with individuals who require the use of eye tracking as a means of access for communication, language and computer control. He has also has served as a volunteer at Camp Gizmo in Romney, WV providing evaluations and supervision since 2005. When not working for ATW, he can be found restoring and renovating historic buildings and properties around Staunton, Virginia and has completed several Historic Tax Credit Projects administered by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the National Park Service.
