Canadian Operations Administrator
The Canadian Operations Administrator provides support to the CFO to prepare the Canadian financial statements on a monthly basis, to do intercompany reconciliations, prepare account analysis, post and reconcile cash on a monthly basis, help prepare the annual budget, and perform special projects where they are needed. Provides administrative leadership to Consultants, Sales and Marketing personnel in all areas of the Canadian business operations.
Responsible for generating and completely documenting software for Prentke Romich's communication products and support software. Designs software products and changes to existing products to meet market requirements. Works in a team environment and provides support for other members of the software team, other engineering projects, and other departments as required. Assists in creating products that meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. Requirements include a comprehensive knowledge of software design and programming including object oriented design and MVC. Comprehensive experience with either Python or C++ and software development tools is also required for this position. Additional experience with software and product systems design; graphical user interfaces; Windows environment; SQL databases; HTML5, Node, Angular, and/or React is desirable.
Part Time On-call AAC Educator - Arizona
This position will assist the Sr. Consultant located in the Arizona (Tucson) territory up to 16 hours per week. The primary responsibility of the On-Call AAC Educator is to market and promote appropriate placement of PRC products. The On-Call AAC Educator provides educational opportunities for persons considering PRC products for purchase. These educational opportunities take place within a given territory or in coordination with a PRC Regional Consultant. In addition, the On-Call AAC Educator provides ideas and support for implementation of devices in educational and other settings. PRC shall be represented by the AAC Educator on an “as-needed” basis in settings which include professional presentations, exhibits, consultations and other activities as requested. The On-Call AAC Educator is expected to uphold the PRC mission, method and manner, and strives to enhance corporate profitability, complying with applicable codes of ethics. While the On-Call AAC Educator works extensively with the team and family, the end user is only sometimes present at appointments and always in the presence of a family or team member.
This person will design, develop and maintain our web-based applications and technologies, including the corporate website(s), web applications and web-based technologies that support and integrate with company products. This person works closely in a team environment to define, build and maintain web applications and sites. He/She will work in a team environment and must have strong technical skills, good problem-solving ability and creative thinking skills.
