The Center for AAC & Autism Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides support and organization for AAC & Autism personnel to maximize their efforts to provide program services and to support maximize productivity. Facilitate the efficient coordination and implementation of LAMP seminars and other LAMP activities, including scheduling, registration, CEU’s, and monitoring of quality of services and productivity.

Bilingual Technical Service Specialist

Position Summary:
Provide technical support to both Spanish and English speaking parents, teachers, purchasing agents, counselors, clients, clinicians, consultants and other influential people in the AAC field regarding PRC equipment and software applications. Responsible for keeping abreast of current changes in PRC equipment line and technology advancements. BTSS answers involved technical and programming questions that include installation and use of hardware and software, OS, email, applications, MS Office, Mac applications and virus/security applications. He/she must have strong technical skills and strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Credit Specialist

Position Summary:
The credit specialist is responsible for the collection of past due accounts. This is done through mailings, telephone calls, faxes, internet, and in cooperation with legal counsel when necessary. All accounts must be continually monitored for credit worthiness. This job involves contact with other departments on a regular basis. Contact with customers and customer credit references is required on a continuing basis. This person is responsible for preparing credit memos, miscellaneous invoices, authorizing the return of merchandise, and identifying and posting in-coming cash on a daily basis. Additional tasks include accumulating and preparing data for 1099 reporting, bid reporting, and performing back-up for accounts payable and sales tax functions as required.

Human Resources Assistant

Position Summary:
Assists and coordinates employee benefits practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale. Responsible for assisting with policies and programs covering the following: wage and salary administration, fringe benefit administration, insurance and health benefits, health/safety, ACHC and ISO. Assists and advises the HR Manager on Human Resource issues within the position’s scope of responsibility. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality.

Part Time On-call AAC Educator — Arizona

Position Summary:
This position will assist the Senior Consultant located in the Arizona (Tucson) territory up to 16 hours per week. The primary responsibility of the On-Call AAC Educator is to: market and promote appropriate placement of PRC products; provide educational opportunities for persons considering PRC products for purchase; and provide ideas and support for implementation of devices in educational and other settings.
