How do I Turn my PCS Symbols on in my ECO?

NOTE: PCS Symbols are an option that must be purchased for your Eco. If you did not purchase PCS Symbols at the time you ordered your device, see the IMPORTANT NOTE at the end of the article.

To Turn Your PCS Symbols On:

1. Activate the TOOLS button (with the picture of a hammer and screwdriver) on the front of the case to go to the Toolbox.

2. In the Toolbox, select the MAINTENANCE MENU (MAINT MENU).

3. Select ON in the Enable PCS Symbols option.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If You Did Not Purchase PCS Symbols For Your Device

When you select the Enable PCS Symbols option (step #3 above) you will see a yellow message box asking you to call the PRC Sales Department and the phone number to dial. You will also see a key code.

Jot down the phone number and the key code. Select OK.

You will see a screen that says, "Enter PCS Password, then select OK."

Once you have called PRC and purchased the PCS Symbols, a PRC Sales Associate will provide you with a password.

If the Enter Password screen is still visible on your display, type in the password you received, then select OK. The PCS Symbols are turned on automatically.

If the Enter Password screen is no longer visible on your display, repeat steps 1-3 above, then enter your new password and select OK. PCS Symbols are turned on automatically.
