How do I Copy Songs in Accent Using the File Organizer?

To Copy Files from One Memory Device to Another:

1.   Make sure your USB drive is plugged into your Accent.  It doesn't matter which USB port you use.

2.   Go to the Toolbox and open the FILE ORGANIZER menu.

3.   Select Copy File.

4.   Select the memory device that has the files you want to move.  We selected the Removable Media drive.

Here you can select what memory device you want to copy from.

5.   Select the files to move. You can open any folder and select files from the folder, if you wish.  Once you select them, you will see a green check mark in the box on the right of the file.

6.   When you have finished selecting files, select OK.

7.   Select the destination for the files (i.e., the other storage device).   Here we selected the Music Folder located under My Documents.

8.   Select OK.

9.   You will briefly see a yellow box say Please Wait, which will disappear once the files are transferred.

10. Now you can eject your flash drive. 

By entering the destination where you copied your songs, you will now see the files you copied.

If you Move Files, the files will only be available on the  ECO devices and will be erased from the flash drive.

If you Delete Files, they are erased from the memory device you select.
