When not in use, Wi-Fi will use a lot of battery energy. You can conserve your batteries by turning this feature OFF when not in use.
To find out more about using Wi-Fi,see the Hardware manual that came in your device box.
To Turn OFF WiFi:
On the Accent Windows Desktop, double click the Windows Mobility Center Icon.
On the right of the window you see the option to Turn Wireless Off. Once selected a red X will appear with the words Wireless off. You will also see the red X in the Task Bar in the upper right of the desktop. Close this menu.
To Turn ON WiFi:
On the Accent Windows Desktop, double click the Windows Mobility Center Icon.
On the right of the window you see the option to Turn wireless on. Once selected, green connection bars will appear with the word Connected.
Close the Windows Mobility menu and continue with the Internet use.
