How do I Hide an Activity Key on ECO2?
1. Go to the Toolbox and activate the MODIFY ACTIVITY key.
2. You see the Activity Row. Select the Activity you want to modify.
(Activate the More Items key to see more Activities if the Activity you want to change is not visible.)
3. If you want to change one of the items within an Activity, select Modify Item Within the Activity.
4. Here you see the Hide/Show Key function
5. Choose the key you want to modify within the Activity then choose the HIDE tool. You will see the word HIDE appear in the yellow box and the key will now be gray.
6. Repeat this step for all the keys you wish to hide in this activity.
7. If you wish to move all the keys so they appear in the activity row without the hidden keys in-between, then you must first verify that the location you want to move the keys to and the keys you moving are not in the LOCK position. Select the keys you are moving and verify that all keys are set to UNLOCK in the yellow box under Key Position
8. Once unlocked you can use the Change Position arrow keys at the bottom to move the activity keys to the position you want them in.
9. This shows the activity row with the keys moved to the position where we want them.
10. Select OK when finished and return to your Core Vocabulary. You now can open your Activity row and will notice your keys are no longer visible and your other keys are in the correct position.
