Can I Turn my Speech Back on in PASS?
PRC has released several new versions of PASS software (11-11) that now requires you to register the program to allow the software to speak for 90 days. These versions include SpringBoard PASS 4.04.1, ECO2 3.01, Vantage Lite and Vantage/Vanguard 5.08.1 and higher.
First download the PASS software from our Website under the Support and Downloads section, then install the software. Once installed, you will receive a messages asking if you would like the 90 day speech trial.

If you would like the speech, enter your email address then select Activate.
NOTE: If you do not want the use of the speech, click I don't need speech.
Now check your email inbox.
TIP: If you did not receive an email from PRC, check your SPAM or JUNK box to make sure your email provider did not block it from being received.
Your email should read similar to the email below but with a different Validation Code:

Copy and paste the validation code from the email into the box then click Activate

If successful, you will receive a Thank You box.

If you received an error, please contact PRC Service. 1-800-262-1990.
The PASS software comes with a 90 day speech trial. After the 90 days, the speech within the PASS software will expire and turn off.
After the speech expires, your software will continue to run, allowing you to customize the software. You will still be able to perform memory transfers, modify a user area, create pages, import icons, and load wav files as before, just without the benefit of speech output.
If you must have speech for an additional 90 days, the PASS program could be loaded onto a different computer that has not had the PASS software loaded onto it previously.
