New QRM2 Replaces the QRM1
Currently the QRM1 mounting clamp has been replaced with a newer updated style called the QRM2. The new mounting clamp now has a locking pin to hold the the device on the mount more securely. There are also less parts that may become loose over time.
Important Note: If you would like to upgrade to the QRM2 and you have a PRC device manufactured before 2009, you will need to call the PRC Sales Department (1-800-262-1933) and request a new mounting plate with the locking pin hole. Ask for the mounting plate that will fit your device.

The new PRC Quick Release Mount 2 (QRM2) easily fits onto the mounting plate on the back of your device.
