Attaching the QRM2 to the Vantage Lite
The new PRC Quick Release Mount 2 (QRM2) easily fits onto the mounting plate which is molded into the Vantage Lite's battery door.
General Instructions
You will slide the QRM2 onto the Vantage Lite mounting plate. When the mount is on correctly, the small pin on the Release Knob will click into the hole beneath it. The small pin must fit securely inside the hole. This helps hold the QRM2 onto the plate.
Slide the QRM2 into the grooves on battery door mounting plate. You will hear a solid "click" when the mount is in place and you will no longer be able to push it forward.
Push the QRM2 all the way into and up the mounting grooves.
The first time you may have to lift up on the Release Knob and then release it so that the Release Knob pin goes into the small hole beneath it. The pin helps hold the QRM on the mounting plate. When you hear the click, the QRM will feel solidly locked onto the plate.
Now you can connect the QRM2 to your wheelchair mount.
To Remove the QRM2
Pull up on the Release Knob to disconnect the pin from its hole. Slide the QRM2 down and out of its grooves.
