How do I Hide an Activity in the Vantage/Vanguard?
If there is an activity that is showing in the activity row that you are not using, you can HIDE that activity. The example we are using is the Notebook Activity.
1. Go to the Toolbox and activate the MODIFY ACTIVITY menu.
2. You see the Activity Row. Select the Activity you want to modify. (Activate the Previous Items or More Items key to see more Activities.) Once selected, you will now have a red box around the activity.
3. You can hide the Activity or let it show in the Activity Row. If the activity is grey, it is hidden. Other grey activities can be grey but may still be available through a dynamic activity link through the core vocabulary.
Those activities that are set to Show will always be available in the activity row by selecting the Choose Activity key to scroll through the Activity row. Be cautious about showing too many activities because this will create numorous rows and may become difficult to maneuver through them all.
4. Select OK when you are done modifying the Activity.
