How do I Turn Off Speech so the Device only Speaks when I Select the Text Bar?

If your speech is turned on, the ECO will speak the message programmed under that key immediately. If you turn off your speech, the ECO will only speak the message once you select the text bar at the top of your screen or one of the "Speak" tools (Speak Display, Speak All, or Speak Sentence) that can be programmed under a key.
