How do I Adjust the Volume of the Internal Phone in my ECO?
Adjusting Caller and Listener Volume
There are two options in the CONFIGURATION MENU that allow you to adjust the phone volume so a listener can hear you better and/or so you can hear a caller better.
On the Phone Dial Pad make sure that the Mic Level is set to 1, Headphone Level is OFF, and Microphone is turned OFF.
Next Activate the Phone Configuration option on the Phone Dial Pad.
You will see the Gain In and Gain Out options.
Gain Out
If you have trouble hearing the person who is talking to you, turn this option up.
Gain In:
If the other person is having trouble hearing you, turn this option up.
You will also want to set your Headset Volume to 10.
NOTE: The volume of the phone is also controlled by the Speaker Volume within the Vantage/Vanguard.
