Transferring Memory Using an USB Flash Drive.

Important Note:  The maximum size for USB Flash Drives is 8GB (may need to be formatted as a FAT 32)  for Memory Transfers or playing sound files in PRC Devices. If trying to use a removeable disk larger than recommended, the device may not recognize the disk.

5. When the transfer is done you will see the message Memory Transfer Complete on the device display.   Select OK.

NOTE:  If you are loading this vocabulary into another device, the unit  you are transferring memory into must have the same, or higher, software version as the device you are transferring from or else the memory transfer will not take place.

IMPORTANT NOTE!   Importing Sound (wav) Files  You can import sound files while in storing menus(STORE CORE, CREATE or MODIFY ACTIVITIES/PAGES, ASSIGN KEYS, etc.).  After connecting your memory device, it is a good idea to go first to the MEMORY TRANSFER MENU and select either AUTO, SD Card or USB Disk.  Then begin the storing process for importing sound files.
