Creating a Visual Scene Page in your SpringBoard Lite.
A Visual Scene is a graphic (picture) that goes over a page of keys. You can then define the keys to explain parts of the picture. The SpringBoard Lite already has some Visual Scenes stored in it, although you can also import your own graphics for Visual Scenes if you choose to.
1. In the Toolbox, select CREATE PAGE .
2. Spell in a name for your Page and select OK.
3. Select the number of locations you want. Overlays with more keys are best for Visual Scenes, so select 36. Select OK.
4. Select the first key on the left in the top row. You can select any key, but this is a good place to start.
5. Select Change Visual Scene in the top row on the right.

6. You see the Modify Visual Scene screen. Select Choose Scene. It may take a few seconds for your scenes to appear.

7. You see a screen with Visual Scenes on it. You can select any scene you want. If you imported a scene, you may need to use MORE ITEMS to find it. If you do not see a Scene you would like to use, you may Import a new picture if you like.
8. When you have selected the scene you want, select OK.
9. Now you can see how your page will look with the visual scene on it. You can select Choose Scene to change it, Remove Scene allows you to remove it, or you can Change the size of the Picture. If you want your client to be able to see the keys under the graphic, set the Transparency option to more than 0%. The higher the Transparency percentage under the Change Scene key, the more visible the icons and labels on the keys under the picture become. If the transparency is too high, you may not be able to see the picture at all. 20% is generally a good starting point if you wish to use this feature.
10. To Change the picture size, select Change the size of the picture

11. Select the top left location where you would like the scene to appear on the page. It is best to have a row or two of keys that are not covered by the picture, so you can use them as tools or program them with messages.
12. Now select the bottom right location. Select the last key on the right in the bottom row.

13. You see how your Visual Scene will look on the overlay. If you still want to make changes, you can do so now. If you like the scene, select OK.
14. Now you can define keys by adding messages that teach things about the Visual Scene. For this Scene you might want to use words like, "WATER, MOUNTAIN,OUTDOORS" or whatever you think will be helpful. You can also record sounds or import sound files to add to your key.

Select Choose next key to define and begin to define the keys just as you would any other Page.
TIP: Don't forget to add a tool to exit you out of the page when you are done. To program this tool, select Insert Tool then GO TO HOME as the function to return to the Home page. Then OK to continue programming.
15. When you have completed your Visual Scene Page, select OK.

This page is only an example. Visual Scenes have countless options and can be very powerful tools.
