How do I Import a Visual Scene into my SpringBoard Lite?
A Visual Scene is a graphic (picture) that goes over a page of keys. You can then define the keys to explain parts of the picture.
The SpringBoard Lite already has some Visual Scenes stored in it. You can also import your own graphics for Visual Scenes.
Import a Graphic for a Visual Scene
You must have a graphic on your USB flash drive or Secure Digital card to use for a Visual Scene. This graphic must be 9 megapixels (3488 x 2616) or less to import or else you will need to use a photo editing software to adjust the image and transfer to the USB flash drive or your SD card.
1. If you are using a USB flash drive, plug it into the USB port on the right side of your device.
If you are using an SD card, insert it into the SD slot on the left side of your device.
2. Go to the Toolbox on your device.
3. Open the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU .
4. The MTI Method option can be set to AUTO, USB or SD
5. Select Import Scenes.

6. You see a folder for your USB flash drive or your Secure Digital Card. Select the folder to open it.
7. You see all the images/scenes in your folder. Select the one you want and then select OK.
8. Here you can choose to Rotate the picture to the Left or Right.
9. You can choose Rename Scene and give the graphic a new name if you want. You can change the Aspect Ratio if you want.

You can experiment with this to see what it does. Usually, selecting YES to maintain the ratio is fine for most visual scenes.
10. Select OK when you are finished.
11. Select OK to exit the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU.
Remove your USB drive or SD card.
Note: To find your Visual Scene, Create or Modify a Page then select Change Visual Scene. You will find your Imported Scene listed in alphabetical order.
Important Note: The maximum size for USB Flash Drives is 8GB (may need to be formatted as a FAT 32) and the maximum size for Secure Digital Cards is 2GB for Memory Transfers or playing sound files in PRC Devices. If trying to use a removeable disk larger than recommended, the device may not recognize the disk.
If a flash drive is not being recognized by the device, you may need to reset the device by holding down the I/O button for 15 seconds then try the transfer again. If the flash drive is still not recognized, make sure you have any files on the flash drive backed up on the computer then check to see if the flash drive is formatted in a FAT 32 format. This can be done on a computer by opening My Computer and right clicking the removable drive. Now click FORMAT which will open a window where you can select FAT 32 under the FILE SYSTEM. Select START which will begin the format process. When finished, eject the flash drive and try the transfer again. If still no luck, try another flash drive.
