Using the Tracker in Windows/Adjusting your Mouse Click to Open Programs with a Single Click.
You can simply change the settings in windows from a double mouse click to a single mouse click.
This change will make things easier for users with limited control or that use the Tracker.
To change this setting:
1. First go to My Computer.
2. Now you will see a TOOLS folder at the top of your screen, select TOOLS. Now go down to Folder Options and click to open.
3. Under the General Tab you will see Click Items as Follows: Default is set to Double Click. Click beside the Single Click option and you will now see a black dot within the circle letting you Single Click was selected.
4. Click on APPLY.
5. Select OK to exit.
Now dwelling over a desktop icon should open the program with a single click.
