Linking a Page to Another Page in the SpringBoard Lite.

You can link a page you have created to another page. 

Note:  The page you want to link must be created BEFORE you can link it.

1. Go to the TOOLBOX and select MODIFY PAGE.

2. Select the page where you want to store your link (For example, we will be linking a SCHOOL page to the PAGES page). You may need to select MORE ITEMS to find your page.

3. Select the location on the page where you want to put your link to the new page you created.

4. Select Spell Text to Display.

5. Select PAGE LINK on your spelling overlay.

6. You will now see a yellow box on your screen which says Do you want the linked page to close after you select a key?  If you select YES the page will close after one selection, then take you back to your previous page.  If you select NO the page will stay open and active until you select the go back key.

7. You now see a list of the pages in your device. Select the page you want to link to (We chose the SCHOOL page as an example).

8.  Now you should see the tool Set Page and the name of the page you selected. <Set-Page (school)>  If this is correct, select OK.  If not, select Clear Display and repeat steps 5 through 7.

9. Change the icon and label of the new linking location so you can remember what it is a link to.

You can also record a message now if you want the device to speak when going to your page.

10. Select OK.  

11. On your Overlay, select the PAGES key. Select the page you chose for your School link.
