How Do I Replace My Battery Pack in the SpringBoard Lite?
IMPORTANT! UNPLUG YOUR BATTERY CHARGER BEFORE REMOVING OR DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY.
Turn the SpringBoard Lite over so the display is face down. You will now see the battery door on the back of the device with two philips screws holding it on. Remove both of these screws and remove the battery door to expose the battery pack.
Unplugging the battery pack: 
VERY IMPORTANT! Take note that the red wire is closest to the battery pack. You will need to re-connect it the same way.
Pinch these two wires just above the white connector and gently rock the connector back and forth while lifting to unplug the connector.
Installing the new battery pack: Remove the old battery and slide the new battery in. Plug the connector in by very carefully inserting it in the same direction the old connector was removed.
WARNING! If the connector is installed backward, it will cause damage to the Springboard Lite and will have to be returned to PRC to be serviced.
