How do I Return My Device for Repair?

Please keep the original foam box your device arrived in. Use this box if you have to send your device in for any repairs in the future.

Call the PRC Service Department for troubleshooting help with your device. The Service number is 1-800-262-1990.

If the device is still not working after speaking with service, you will be issued a Call Number.

 Units Returned for Repair

Units to be repaired must have a Call Number (CA) number. Print this number clearly on the shipping label on the box. A $25.00 fee will be charged to any unit that is  returned without a CA number.

Service Loaners

When you receive your service loaner, save the box and the FedEx Billable Stamp that is packed in the box if the device is under warranty.  

When you receive your repaired device, pack the loaner in the box it originally arrived in and use the FedEx billable stamp as your label. Use the information on the Service Loaner Return Instructions to call FedEx and request a pickup. Return the loaner promptly.

Loss of, or damage to, the service loaner is the responsibility of the person and/or the facility who requested the loaner.
