How do I Copy Pages from One User Area to Another in the Vantage/Vanguard?
Copy Pages in one User Area to another User Area.
1. Go to the TOOLBOX and activate the CHOOSE OVERLAY MENU. 
2. Select Switch User Area and select the User Area where the Pages are that you want to copy.
3. Activate the Copy Pages/Activities option.
4. If you want to copy only specific Pages, activate the Copy Selected Pages option.
4a. Activate the User Area where you want the Pages to be copied to.
4b. Select the Pages you want to copy. The Pages you select will turn gray. Continue to select specific keys until you have selected all you want to copy. You may have to select More Items to find all the pages you want to copy.
4c. Activate OK when you are finished selecting the Pages to copy.
4d. You will now see a yellow box on your screen that gives you a warning that says, Copy Selected Pages from the User area you are currently in to the User Area you want to copy to. Answer YES to continue copying or NO to cancel.
4e. If you already have a page with the same name in the User Area you are copying to, you will receive another yellow box asking you if you want to replace the page with the one you are copying. Select Yes to remove the already existing one in the new user area with the one you are copying.
5. If you want to copy all the Pages in a User Area, activate the Copy All Pages option.
5.a. Activate the User Area where you want to copy the Pages to.
5b. You will not see this warning message. Answer YES to continue the copying or NO to cancel.
6. Select OK once to exit the copy function.
7. Select Switch User Area to switch to the user area you just copied the pages to, then select OK to exit.
Copy Pages from One Device to Another
You can easily copy Pages from one device to another by using a USB flash drive and the MTI.
Copy the Pages to a blank User Area. Use the MTI to save that user area to the USB drive.
Plug the USB drive into the second device and use the MTI to load the saved area into the second device into another blank user area.
Now you can copy those pages into the user area you want to use.
When copying is complete, don't forget to Switch User Areas to the user area you copied the pages into, then select OK to exit.
Note: The device you are copying to must have the same or higher version of software as the device you are copying from or else the transfer will not take place.
