How Do I Store a Number in the Phone Directory?
You can store frequently called numbers in your Phone Directory. The PRC Service Department phone number and the PRC main phone number have been stored for you. The Name keys are already set up so you just have to enter the number you want.
To see the Phone Directory:
Select the V Tools activity.
Select the Phone activity.
Select the Phone Directory key.
Store a Phone Number in the Directory
1. Go to the Toolbox.
2. Activate MODIFY PAGE.
3. Select the PHONE DIRECTORY page.
4. Select a Name key to modify.
5. Select Spell Text for Message.
6. Activate the Left Arrow one time so the cursor in the text area is blinking on the on the parenthesis mark.
7. Enter the phone number you want to store. Use a comma after the initial number if there is an extension or directory number to be added and dialed.
8. Select OK when you have finished entering the number.
9. Use the Change Label or Change Icon key to remind you whose number is stored under that key.
10. Activate OK when you have finished storing phone numbers.
