How do I Enter/Exit Shipping Mode on My Vantage/Vanguard?
Enter Shipping Mode:
If you need to ship the Vantage/Vanguard somewhere, always put the device in shipping mode before mailing it.
1. Press the Toolbox key at the top of the case. 
2. Select the Maintenance Menu key. 
3. Activate Enter Shipping Mode.
4. You will now see a yellow box asking if you want to Enter Shipping Mode Now? Select Yes to continue.
5. Wait ten seconds. After ten seconds, the shipping mode will be in effect and no keys will work.
Exit Shipping Mode:
1. If you are using a Vantage, press and hold the I/O button on the front of the case for ten seconds.
2. Release the button. The Vantage will come on.
3. If you are using a Vanguard, press and hold the I/O button on the front of the case for ten seconds. Release the button. Press and release the I/O button again (you don't have to hold it, just press-and-release). The Vanguard will come on.
