How do I Enter/Exit Shipping Mode on My Pathfinder?

Enter Shipping Mode:

If you need to ship the Pathfinder to a different destination, always put the device in shipping mode before mailing it.

  1. Select the STATUS key twice.   This is a picture of the Status key on the Pathfinder.

  2. Activate the Maintenance Menu key.   Thisis a picture of the Maintenance Menu Key in System Menus.

  3. Select More Items.   This is a picture of the More Items key on a Pathfinder.

  4. Activate Shipping mode.

5. You will now see a yellow box with a message.  Select Yes to continue.

Wait ten seconds. After 10 seconds, shipping mode will be in effect and no keys will work.

 

Exit Shipping Mode:

On your Pathfinder, hold down on the Tools button then the I/O button. Release the Tools button, then the I/O button.

 You should now see the Software License Agreement on you screen.  Select I Agree to continue.  Your Pathfinder should now be ready to communicate.
