Storing a Tool or Function on a Key
To get to the Storing Menu:
For a Page
1. Navigate to the Page you want to modify.
2. Select the TOOLS key on the front of the case, then select the SETUP key from the menu
3. Select the key you wish to modify.
For an Activity
1. Navigate and Open to the Activity you want to modify.
2. Select the TOOLS key on the front of the case, then select the SETUP key from the menu.
3. Select the key within the Activity where you want to Add a Tool
For Pages and Activities
1. Select Spell Message or Define Key Function.
2. On the spelling screen, select the INSERT TOOL key.
3. You see the first page of the All Tools List. The Tools are arranged alphabetically. Select MORE ITEMS to see more Tools.
4. Select the Tool you want to add. Our example shows the Clear Display tool.
5. Select OK.
6. The Tool is added. You can Change Icon, Change Label, etc. until the key is how you like it.
7. Select OK to exit the menu.
