Pause/Resume while Using Eyegaze
Use this option to stop (and re-start) eyegaze while you make adjustments to the settings and options, or need to just look longer at a screen or menu. Only Touch or Headpointing will work for activating keys when eyegaze is paused.
When eyegaze is Paused, the Eye Track Status box is red.
When eyegaze is On, the Eye Track Status box is green.

To Pause Eyegaze
Method 1 – ACCESS METHOD MENU
Use the Pause/Resume button in the Eyegaze option of the ACCESS METHOD MENU
Gaze at (or press if you are able) the Pause/Resume option to set or release Pause.
Method 2 – Front Panel of Device Case
Gaze directly at the infrared area just below the round camera circle on the front panel of your case until PAUSE or RESUME is selected. You will see “Pause” or “Resume” on your screen.
Method 3 – DISABLE POINTER Insertable Tool
Assign the insertable Tool DISABLE POINTER to a key. Press the key to set PAUSE. Press again to set RESUME. See the Store/Assign Tools…chapter in your device Help screens for information about assigning Tools to keys.
