How to Position the Eyegaze for the Best Success
When positioning is correct the device and the user’s face will be on the same plane, or basically parallel to each other. The track box will always show two white circles next to each other near the center of the box. There will be no arrows in the box.

With correct positioning, the nose should be pointed at the vertical middle of the display screen and the eyes should be looking in the middle to the top 2/3rds of the display screen.
To achieve correct positioning you may have to move your device, the user or both until the user is comfortable and the white circles line up in the track box.

Note: Be aware that certain lighting and reflections can also effect the use of the NuEye. Items such as a glass top desk, white counter top or even fluorescent lighting can hinder accuracy.
