How can I tell if I need new batteries for my SpringBoard Plus?
1. The SpringBoard Plus battery pack will last about 2 years. 2. All new battery packs come with a one year warranty. 3. If your batteries are fully charged (100%), then we can assume that the PRC Charger and the Charging Jack on your device are good.

4. You should get 8 hours of life from your device once the charger is unplugged. If you are using the Internal Tracker headpointer, you can expect about 4-5 hours of battery life because the Tracker is always On when the device is On.

6. If you are not getting 8 hours from your current battery pack, you may want to order a replacement battery pack, (part number 13634-1 for SpringBoard Plus (SB2) units without an Internal Tracker and part number 13790 for SpringBoard Plus (SB2) units with the Internal Tracker option):
a) Device "Under Warranty", call Technical Service at 1-800-262-1990.
b) Device "Not under warranty", call Sales at 1-800-262-1933.
c) Device "Not under warranty" but the client is "Funding" qualified, call 1-800-262-1984 and ask for the Funding Department.
