Exploring with WordPower in PASS
Important Note: Loading WordPower into your PASS will erase any other vocabulary you may have been using.
If you select one of the Load WordPower options, all current vocabulary in the PASS will be erased and all six WordPower vocabularies will be loaded. To save your current vocabulary, you will have to perform a memory transfer (MTI) before you load WordPower.
When you select to load WordPower you will see a warning box that reminds you that your current vocabulary will be erased. You can choose Yes to continue loading or No to keep your PASS the way it is.
If you do load WordPower and later want to return to using Unity, you will have to reload the Unity vocabulary.
1. If you saved the PASS memory using the MTI, you can load the saved memory back into the PASS.
2. If you just want to load a single Area or two, you can use the Replace User Area option in the USER AREA MENU.
3. You can also open the MAINTENANCE MENU in the Toolbox and select the Reset to Factory Defaults option. This will return the PASS to its original settings.
NOTE: You cannot save WordPower loaded into PASS via the User Area Menu to a Flash Drive then load it into a device. You can load a file of WordPower previously saved from a Device that WordPower was purchased for, to a Flash Drive into PASS, make the necessary changes, then save it to a Flash Drive and upload it back into the device.
