Why is my Output Scrambled when Creating a Smart Chart?

IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT try to create a smart chart with Internet Explorer and/or Power Point running. You must close both prior to Creating a Smart Chart as to not scramble its output.

You may also see that when creating a Smart Chart that it draws all over the screen and not in columns like it is suppose to, the cause of this is the same, other programs MUST be closed.
