How can I tell if I need new batteries for my Pathfinder Plus?
1. Pathfinder Plus batteries will last usually about 2 years. 2. All new battery packs come with a one year warranty. 3. If your batteries are fully charged (100%), then we can assume that the PRC Charger and the Charging Jack on your device are good.

4. You should get 12 hours of life from your device once the charger is unplugged. If you are using the Internal Tracker headpointer, you should expect 6 hours of battery life because the Tracker is always On as long as your device is On.

6. If you are not getting 12 hours from your current battery pack, you may want to order a replacement battery pack, (part number 13118-3):
a) Device "Under Warranty", call Technical Service at 1-800-262-1990.
b) Device "Not under warranty", call Sales at 1-800-262-1933.
c) Device "Not under warranty" but the client is "Funding" qualified, call 1-800-262-1984 and ask for the Funding Department.
