Task Bar on the Top or Bottom

If you are seeing the ECO application "slide down" to the lower right of your screen and have seen error messages appear on your screen, check where you have your Task Bar set to appear. If the Task Bar is set to appear on the left or right of the screen, this could be causing the problem in the ECO. Set the Task Bar to appear on the Top or Bottom of your screen to correct the application and error problems.
