How do I Calibrate my Vantage/Vanguard Batteries?
The Vantage/Vanguard Plus uses "Lithium Ion" batteries which do not need to be calibrated.
If your battery charger is working correctly, your batteries will be fully charged in 6 hours.
Once the Battery Status Area shows 100%, you should get 8 hours of battery life before the next recharge.
Note: If you are using the internal Tracker headpointer, you can expect to get 4 to 5 hours of life because the Tracker is always On.
When you unplug the charger from the device and the Battery Status Area shows 100%, if you don't get 8 hours of battery life (4-5 hours if the Tracker is in use), then the batteries need replaced.
