How do I Program a Link to Go Directly to One of the Windows Programs?
You can store links to your own personal files in Accent by using the Run Program tool. First we will look at a key that is already programmed with this tool.
Select the Launch Activity, and then select Word Pad. Right-click on the key labeled START, or use your SET-UP key to look at the programming.

Program a link to a word file you have created
1. Select the SET-UP key, and then select a blank key at the bottom of the Word Shortcuts Page.
2. Select Spell Text for Message.
3. Select Insert Tool ( you may need to use MORE KEYS to see Insert Tool).
4. Select More Items at the bottom of the page.
5. Select Run Program.
6. You see titles for all the executable files on your Accent’s C drive.
7. Select Advanced.
8. Select Yes for Show All Files, then select OK.
9. Use the navigating keys at the bottom of the screen to locate and select the file you want.
10. If you make a wrong selection, you can use Delete Character or Clear to start over.
11. Select OK. Change Icon and Label if needed, then OK to exit.
