How do I Check the Status of my Repair?

There are three ways to find out the status of your repair.:

1.  Go to the Support Site to Repair Center.  Under Call Number enter the CA# you were given at the time of repair set up.

2.  Email the service department at service@prentrom.com with the serial number and/or Call Number that the device was sent in under.  Your email will be answered within 24 hours during a typical working week.  If emailing on the weekend, your email will be responded to on Monday.

3.  Call PRC service (1-800-262-1990) with the serial number and/or Call Number and a representative will be available to answer your questions and give you the status.
