Clear Display is not Working
When a Notebook is open, there is a built in feature that prevents Clear Display from working. This is a safety feature to prevent a user from accidentally deleting the Notebook they are working on. Only Delete Word or Delete Character tools work while in a Notebook.
If you are in a Notebook by accident, you can go to the Notebook menu and select Close Notebook. Select OK to exit. Now return to your Home Page and try the Clear Display.
