Using the Tools Menu
When you select the TOOLS key
on the front of your case, you see a menu with several keys in it. These are User Programmable Keys. This means you can assign any tool you want to any of the keys. The keys have been pre-programmed at the factory to contain a few of the most often used tools.

Toolbox
This opens the Toolbox. You can also select the TOOLS key twice to go directly to the Toolbox.
NOTE: Below you will find the Default User Define Key settings. If you discover that you would rather have a different Tool (or Tools) on any of these keys, you can delete the pre-assigned Tool and store the one you want. These keys can be changed in the User Area Menu under Modify User Keys.
Choose Activity: Select this to see more items in an Activity Row (Unity MAPs only).
Vocabulary Masking on the Fly: Allows you to hide/show keys on your MAP. (Unity MAPs only.)
Next Mouse Right-Click: This acts as a right-click does on a mouse.
Select this key and then select a key on your MAP. A small context-sensitive menu will pop up next to the key you selected. This mini-menu allows you to do things like Cut, Paste, Copy or use the Set-Up key.
Scroll Keys: Use this Tool with the internal computer.
Select Scroll Keys to scroll through your MAP when you are using the internal computer so you can access all the MAP keys.
Minimize MAP: Use this key with the internal computer.
This maximizes and minimizes your MAP when you are using the internal computer. When your MAP is minimized you will see all of the application you are using. Maximize your MAP by selecting the device icon in the Task Bar.
TIP: See Modify the On-Screen User Keys article for instructions on modifying these keys.
