Using Windows Media Player in your ECO2.
WARNING: PRC reminds you that music files fall under the jurisdiction of all copyright laws.
If you purchased the ECO's optional Internal Computer, you can use Windows Media Player to listen to music
If you have sound files stored on a CD, a USB flash drive or your internal hard drive, you can play them on your communication aid. Open the Windows Media Player by activating the Computer Activity
, then ECO Computer Launch Key
which then opens the COMP DESKTOP PAGE. Here you will find the Windows Media Player Icon
Once the Media Player START icon is selected within the Media Player activity, you will have access to the pre-programmed Media Player Page.

When using the Media Player, this page is usually minimized to one row to allow full access to the functions in the Media Player.
You can play your songs; you can create playlists; you can skip and repeat songs; you can talk while the songs are playing and many other options.
Most of the Unity overlays contain a Launch Activity in the Activity row. You can also use the MP3 Player in the ECO if you prefer.
Important Note: PRC highly recommends not loading iTunes software into the ECO since the program is large and pulls a lot of CPU Usage. Some songs played on iTunes will become choppy and cause the ECO software to run intermittently, although those songs play fine in Windows Media Player.
