How can I play audio files on my SpringBoard Plus?
Important Note: The maximum size for USB Flash Drives is 4GB (may need to be formatted as a FAT 32) and the maximum size for Secure Digital Cards is 2GB for Memory Transfers or playing sound files in PRC Devices. If trying to use a removeable disk larger than recommended, the device may not recognize the disk.
1. Once you have your audio files, (MP3, WAV, or WMA), you can now play them on your SpringBoard Plus.
2. Insert your USB Flash Drive or an SD Card into your computer. Copy and paste your audio files onto the drive/card.
3. Remove the drive/card from your computer and insert it into your SpringBoard Plus.
The most effective way to do this is to use an SD Card onto which your store ALL your sound files. You can then insert the card into your device and leave it there. Now you have permanent access to all your songs. You can also do this with a USB Flash Drive, but when a USB drive is plugged into your device it sticks out at the side and could get damaged.
4. Once your drive/card is inserted into your SpringBoard Plus, go to the Toolbox, select MP3 PLAYER MENU and then select the PLAY option from the menu.

The MP3 Player will begin to play the first song listed on your SD card or USB flash drive, and will continue to play until every song on the drive/card has been played.
As the songs are played, the upper left corner of the MP3 player screen shows the total time in minutes) of the song being played and the name of song as it appears on the drive/card.
NOTE: If you notice some of the songs weren't played, it could be that they are not in the proper format (MP3, WAV, or WMA). Another possibility is that songs are copy protected, in which case they will not play.
