Using the Set Up Key for Simple Programming
Three Things: You can modify three things on a “key”
1. You can change the picture
2. You can change the label
3. You can change what the message is
7 Steps to Remember when using Set-Up Key:
1. Make sure the key you want to modify is showing on your screen
2. Touch the Set-Up Key
Vanguard Setup Key
Vantage Setup Key
3. Touch the key you want to modify
4. Touch “Spell text for message” and type the message you want to appear in the text box on the device
Remember to put a space after the last word
5. Touch “change icon” and then “spell icon to find” to search for new icon
6. Verify that your label on the key says what you want it to say
If not, touch “change label” to modify
7. Touch “OK” to get back to core
