Updating the Bios Version in the ECO2
You received either one (1) or two (2) BIOS update disks. If you received two disks, one of them will work with your device. The other won't. We will step you through discovering which one is the right one for your device.
Update your Device:
1. Plug in the ECO2 battery charger.
2. Insert the BIOS update disk into the DVD player.
If you received two disks, pick one and insert it into your device.
3. If your device is OFF:
Press the I/O button 
on the front of the case to turn it ON.
If your device is already ON:
Press the I/O button on the front of the case to turn your device OFF. When the device has shut down completely, press the I/O button again to turn it back ON.
NOTE: Instead of pressing the I/O button, you can go to the Toolbox, open the MAINTENANCE MENU then Windows Power Management, select Restart Windows, answer YES when asked if you want to restart Windows.
4. The update takes place automatically. The bottom line of writing on the display screen shows you the progress of the update.
If you received two disks and you see "ERROR: Wrong BIOS…" near the bottom of the screen: eject the disk from your device. Insert the other disk. Then, reset your device (follow Step 6 directions below).
5. At the end of the update, near the bottom of the screen you will see "Programming successful." Do not press any keys, just eject the disk from the DVD player.
6. Reset your device. Unbend a paper clip and poke the straight end into the small hole between the two screws under the SD card slot on the left side of the case. Use the paper clip to press the reset button. Remove the paper clip. NOTE: If you received two disks and reset your device in Step 4, you must still reset it again in this step.
