How can I get the Spanish Software in my old VT2/VT Plus device?
If the device is serial number 2500VT or higher
If the device has been in to PRC service for repair in the last 18 months, if not, the device will need to return to PRC to have a modification added. Please call PRC service (1-800-262-1990) for details and to set up a Call Number for device return. (must have Deviation 7)
