Saving and Loading your Phone Contacts in ECO2
NOTE: This option is only available with software version 2.06 or higher.
To save all the phone contacts in your device to a USB drive:
Save Contacts
· Make sure your USB flash drive or SD card is plugged into your communication aid.
· Open the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU in the Toolbox.
· Select Save Contacts.
You see the "Save" window from your USB drive or your SD card. Your phone contacts will be saved as an .mti file. Spell a name for your file so you will remember what it is. Note: DO NOT change the .mti part of the name.
· Select OK.
· A yellow box tells you when the transfer is complete. Select OK in the yellow box.
· Activate OK to exit the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU.
Load Contacts
· Make sure the USB flash drive or SD card that has your saved contacts on it is plugged into your device.
· Open the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU in the Toolbox.
· Select Load Contacts.
· You see a yellow box that tells you if you load contacts all your current contacts will be erased. If you have added contacts since your last save, you may not want to load an earlier list. In that case select NO in the yellow box. If you want to continue, select YES.
· You see a list of all the .mti files on your USB or SD card. Select the file you want.
· A yellow box tells you when the transfer is complete. Select OK in the yellow box.
· Activate OK to exit the TRANSFER MEMORY MENU.
