Why did I receive an error message while calibrating my ECOpoint?
If you receive the error message “The format of the primary calibration stimulus file is not supported”, while attempting to calibrate the ECOpoint, then you will need to make the following changes to the calibration settings.
- Go to the Toolbox then select the Access Method Menu.
2. Select the Calibration Settings option.
3. Change Stimulus Type from Image to Point.
Once this setting is changed to Image, the error message should not appear when you calibrate the ECOpoint. If you prefer this option to be set to Image when operating the ECOpoint, you may change it back after the calibration is complete.
