How do I Store a Message in the Core Vocabulary in the ECO?
1. Press the TOOLS key to go to the Toolbox.
2. Select the STORE CORE key. 
NOTE: If you want to edit an existing message you will select Edit Core instead of Store Core.
3. Select the icon sequence you want to use to store your message.
4. Select OK.
5. The text area will display "Choose type of message to create, then create message. Select Ok when finished." You will also see the icon sequence that you have chosen.
6. Select "Computer" or "Recorded" speech.
7. Select SPELL MESSAGE, or Define Key Function and type a message to go with the key. Add 2 spaces after the period. Select OK . If you selected "Record", record your message now.
8. Select Modify Last Picture to choose an icon for this key.
9. Select Change Label to enter a new label name then select OK.. A label can contain up to 9 letters.
Note: If you want a blank label, select the space key instead of a word. Select OK when you are done.
10. Select Change Key Color if you want to change the color for this key.
11. Select OK when finished.
If you want to Link to a Page instead of Programming a Message:
Follow steps 1-6 above, then
7. Select SPELL MESSAGE, or Define Key Function 
8. Activate Page Link . 
9. You see a yellow message box. 
If you select YES you will be able to go to your linked Page, make one selection from it and return automatically to your original Activity or Page.
If you select NO, you will go to the linked page and stay there.
10. You see a list of Pages. Select the one you want to link to.
Your text area will be similiar to the message above with your page name in parentheses.
11. Select Modify Last Picture to enter new label name then select OK.
12. Select Change Icon to change the icon picture.
13. Your link to another page is now completed. Select OK to exit.
