Adding the Speak Time and Speak Date Tool to an Activity in ECO2
MODIFYING ACTIVITIES
1. With the Activity open where you wish to store your message, press the SETUP KEY (#2 key). 
2. Touch the icon where you want to store your message.
3. Select SPELL MESSAGE OR DEFINE KEY FUNCTION to type text that will appear on the display, select OK.
3a. If the key you selected already has an assignment, select CLEAR DISPLAY to erase it.
4. Select INSERT TOOL 
- located in the top row of keys on the left side of your spelling overlay. (You must be using a QWERTY spelling overlay. )
5. You now see a list of all the tools available. Select the tool you wish to insert, Speak Time or Speak Date, or both if you prefer.
You will now see your tool name at the top of the spelling page. If this is correct select OK, if not clear the assignment and select Insert Tool again and select the proper tool.
6. Select CHANGE ICON.
7. Select an icon from one of the categories to represent the tool.
8. Select CHANGE LABEL. Type the name of the label you want and select OK.
9. Repeat steps above to add another tool to a new key or Select OK to exit and try out your new tool.
