How do I Store a Notebook Under an Icon Sequence on the ECO2?

If you use a Notebook frequently, you might want to store it on your Overlay.

1. Go to your Toolbox and activate Store Core, Modify Activity, or Modify Page, depending on where you would like the link to appear.

2. Activate the icon sequence you want to use. Activate OK.

3. Make sure Type of Message is set to DECtalk.

4. Activate Spell Message, or Define Key Function.

5. Select INSERT TOOL.

6. Step through the Tools until you come to OPEN NOTEBOOK, then activate that option.

7. Select the Notebook you want to store.

On your display you will see: <OPEN NOTEBOOK> (name of Notebook).

8. Activate OK. Change the Icon and Label if needed.

9. Activate OK again to exit.
