Help, My ECOpoint won't Calibrate.
If you are experiencing a problem when trying to calibrate the ECOpoint through the Calibrate Now key and the dot appears but the dot stays in the top left position, surging, then a setting may have been changed in the Access Method menu.
If this happens, touch anywhere on the screen to cancel the calibration. When you are back in the Access Method menu, go to the Calibration Settings submenu and make sure that the Keyboard Step-through setting is set to NO.

When set to YES, the software waits for someone to hit the 'S' key on an external USB keyboard before it reads the user's eyes and moves to the next point.
