How do I Switch User Areas in my Pathfinder?
There are 6 possible user areas in the Pathfinder. Each user area can be set up differently.
If just one person is using the Pathfinder, he or she might like to set it up so that one user area can be accessed with a switch. Another area might be set up for use with the keyboard. Different overlays might be used in different areas. One area might be set up for school or work and another for when the user is at home.
To Select a User Area
1. Select the STATUS button twice on the left side of the display.
2. Open the USER AREA menu.
3. Activate the Switch User Areas option. The user area you currently are in will be listed at the top of the display.
4. Select the area you want to use. Shown below are the Unity default overlays.
5. Activate OK to exit the menu, or select another option.
NOTE: If you set up a new user area, your custom settings from another area will not transfer to the new area. You must re-assign the settings you want for the new area, such as the Selection Technique and Feedback Menu settings.
